Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax preparation and expert guidance. You will partner with a broader team to support clients and expand the local client base through community outreach and events.

You will help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, offer year‑round financial guidance, and leverage Intuit resources to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week, in TurboTax office.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and plan for future tax needs.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients withBookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or advisory services as appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.

Skills
