Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized financial guidance at a local TurboTax location. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, expand the client base, and foster long-term relationships through community engagement and advisory support.

You’ll work onsite, handle a range of tax scenarios, and utilize Intuit tools to deliver accurate solutions while growing your local presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax prep experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients (personal/business).
• Grow local client base through community engagement and local events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
