Job summary

Intuit is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and connect clients with broader Intuit services, while building relationships in the local community.

In this role you’ll support in-person and virtual clients, manage complex scenarios, and help grow the local TurboTax business with a client-first mindset and strong personal service skills.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 1040 personal & state returns with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• onsite presence 20 hours/weekMon-Fri, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual visits.
