Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals and be integral to growing the local TurboTax client base. You will connect clients to Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning to address needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
