You will work with a team of financial professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, addressing simple to complex tax scenarios and offering strategic tax planning.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and collaboration with Intuit’s ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping and payroll, ensuring customers leave with clear next steps.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients across personal and business returns.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear financial guidance.
