Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and connect clients to Intuit’s broader services, including bookkeeping and payroll.

The role emphasizes community engagement, building a local client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and virtually.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
