Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers in dedicated TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, and engage with clients to build lasting relationships in the local community. You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, grow the local client base, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 beneficial.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types and products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and drive loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, clear communication.

3+ years tax prep experience
