Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location.

You will connect clients with a broad team of specialists, offering personalized tax advice, planning, and access to Intuit’s ecosystem of services. You will grow the local client base through community engagement, events, and grassroots outreach, while delivering exceptional service in collaboration with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must be willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, driving local growth and building a client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships and turn transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
