You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, serving both in-person and virtual TurboTax clients. Your focus is full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end‑to‑end experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software; familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and small business income, deductions, and amendments
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local client growth through outreach and events
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Represent Intuit in local and online communities and adapt to dynamic customer needs
