Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax services at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You’ll handle full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience. You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and use marketing tools to build relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax presence.
• Connect clients with complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, both in person and via video tools, addressing tax inquiries and planning.
