Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work onsite and collaborate with specialists to serve both in-person and virtual clients, addressing a complete financial picture from individual to business needs. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
