Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax return preparation and expert tax guidance, collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for a complete financial picture.

You’ll grow the local client base through community engagement, organize events, and leverage TurboTax marketing to build a thriving practice while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be onsite at a TurboTax office.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem products like bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
