Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to advise clients and perform on-site tax preparation at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while expanding the client base and promoting trust in the local community. You will engage clients with personalized tax guidance, leverage TurboTax tools, and connect them with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex federal and state returns.
• Lead local growth: identify prospects, outreach, and community partnerships to build client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-person and video interactions.
• Build trust and long-term relationships by understanding clients' financial pictures.
