Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients with complex tax needs while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, while maintaining a personal, high‑touch customer experience and ensuring compliance and accuracy in every engagement.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes and strong tax preparation experience.
• Willing to onsite 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Experience with holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Assist clients with complex scenarios including business income, investments, or amendments.
• Engage with both in-person and virtual clients using TurboTax tools and platforms.
