Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual clients and growing the local client base while linking customers with Intuit’s ecosystem for year‑round support, including bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA credential or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Familiarity with tax laws and ability to handle simple to complex returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach and events.
• Act as a local ambassador, connecting clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.
