Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advisory services.

You will connect customers with the wider Intuit ecosystem, grow the local client base, and deliver end-to-end tax solutions while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy. Must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business)
• Advise on complex tax situations and planning
• Grow local TurboTax client base and referrals
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning)
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in community outreach
