Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with a team of specialists on complex tax situations while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete required training and development per business needs.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in promotional materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit's tools.
