Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, helping clients with personal and small-business tax needs and connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and software support, while growing a local client base through outreach and events. The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent customer experiences.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorneys preferred with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum plus potential peak-season scaling.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms; can be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
