Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while growing the local client base and coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience. You will build long-term client relationships, participate in local events, and leverage Intuit resources to help customers achieve financial outcomes.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all training and development as required by the business.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma when appropriate.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person meetings and video tools.
