Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering expert tax preparation, personalized advice, and seamless access to Intuit’s full ecosystem of services for local clients.

You’ll help grow the local client base, build ongoing relationships, and provide end-to-end support from tax planning through advisory services, using TurboTax tools and collaboration with specialists across the Intuit network.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week minimum, Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a full-service Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
