Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with software and advisory services in a collaborative, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week, training and uniform provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and plan for clients' long-term financial goals.
