Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site tax experts in a new location. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and coordinate with a wider team to deliver end-to-end service for personal and small-business clients.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage the community, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
