Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round financial guidance.

You will work onsite, engage with local communities, and help grow TurboTax’s client base through in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience with tax planning and advisory services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients including complex scenarios.
• Grow local customer base through community outreach and events with marketing support.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver high-quality client experiences.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.
