Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site, providing hands-on tax preparation and connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services for end-to-end support.

You’ll advise on personal and business tax matters, grow a local client base, and help customers achieve financial goals while representing Intuit with professionalism in a fast-paced, community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit tax advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Assist clients with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory needs.
