Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to manage the recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction by maintaining strong candidate relationships and clear communication about opportunities and programs.

You will drive recruiting KPIs, participate in interviews, support resume and interview prep, and help build a robust talent pipeline for client delivery. A proactive, service-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years in the service provider industry with proven customer satisfaction.
• Experience building candidate relationships and networks; results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Attend to all candidates that contact onsite; provide information about Adecco, offers, training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Complete candidate onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate records in the tracking database.
