Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, drive KPI achievement, and help ensure excellent client delivery across Adecco's programs.

In this role you will recruit, interview, coach candidates, extend offers, and ensure compliant onboarding, while building a sustainable talent pipeline to meet client needs and performance targets.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record measured by customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and maintains candidate relationships.
• Conducts interviews, prescreens candidates, and supports onboarding.
• Builds talent pipelines and recruiting strategies to meet client needs.
• Negotiates offers and facilitates interviews with candidates and clients.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies in prescreening.
