Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, meeting performance KPIs, and driving client delivery across our global platforms.

You will administer job postings, build talent pipelines, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through resumes, interviews, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and plan workforce strategy.
• Attend to candidates at onsite or online channels with clear information.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and submission targets.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess fit and role suitability.
• Screen candidates for qualification match and client needs.
• Search candidates using Adecco tools and online resources.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes per requirements.
• Develop candidate pipelines for future client needs.
• Create and manage recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitate interviews and debriefs with candidates and clients.
• Perform second-level screenings per laws and policies.
• Prepare executive summaries for resume submittals.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking systems.
