Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison for candidates and associates through recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will focus on strong client delivery by meeting KPIs and SLA targets and maintaining excellent candidate relationships.

Responsibilities include facilitating interviews, building talent pipelines, and guiding candidates through onboarding while upholding organizational standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred; proven track record in customer satisfaction.
• Ability to build/maintain relationships with colleagues, management, and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in systems and maintains candidate pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and shortlists candidates.
• Assesses fit and qualification with client requirements; conducts candidate searches.
• Supports candidates with resumes, interview prep, and onboarding.
