• Acts as liaison and point of contact through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with candidates/associates and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Administers job postings and participates in workforce planning to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and client requirements.
• Execute prescreening in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Manage candidate records and support resumes, interview prep, and onboarding.
