Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction, maintain strong relationships, and drive performance metrics for client delivery.

The role involves conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent while negotiating offers and coordinating with clients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and implements workforce planning to ensure talent pipeline.
• Interacts with candidates onsite or online to provide information about Adecco, offers, and training opportunities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLA metrics.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates and match client requirements.
• Conducts candidate screenings and uses tools to meet needs inventory.
• Helps candidates with resumes and interview preparation.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and builds talent pipelines for future needs.
• Develops recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
• Implements strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
