Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. The role emphasizes delivering excellent client outcomes by maintaining strong relationships and meeting KPI/SLA targets.

The onsite supervisor will manage job postings, build a pipeline of talent, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through onboarding while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Attend to all candidates that contact onsite, providing accurate information about Adecco, offers, and training programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submittal.
• Maintain and update candidate/associate records in the tracking database.
