Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment contact for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment cycles. The role focuses on fostering strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting KPI metrics.

The position involves conducting behavioral interviews, building candidate pipelines, and guiding applicants through hiring and onboarding while maintaining regulatory compliance and high service levels.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills.

Mansioni

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and implement workforce planning for a continuous talent pipeline.
• Greet and inform candidates about Adecco, offers, and training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
