Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment cycles. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and meeting KPIs and SLA metrics for client delivery.

You will recruit and market talent, administer postings, maintain candidate pipelines, and coach candidates through interviews and onboarding, ensuring compliance and high-quality placements at the client site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 3–5 years of comparable work experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years in a service provider environment preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction SLAs and building strong relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands the local talent market and plans workforce strategies for a steady talent pipeline.
• Assists onsite candidates with information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs and conducts behavioral interviews to match candidates to client requirements.
• Qualifies candidates for fit and compatibility with client needs and conducts searches using Adecco tools and public resources.
• Guides candidates through resumes, interview prep, and coaching for specific roles.
• Facilitates onboarding and hiring processes per client requirements and maintains candidate records.
