Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You’ll ensure satisfaction by building strong relationships, achieving KPI/SLA metrics, and delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, guiding candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines while ensuring compliance with policies and local laws.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills and the ability to learn new software are required.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting/Skill Marketing
• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring accurate information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Complies with and executes required recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placements.
• Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Conducts searches leveraging Adecco tools and internet resources and adapts as needed.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for future client needs.
