Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and employment agent for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. This role focuses on building strong relationships, achieving KPIs/SLA metrics, and ensuring excellent client delivery.

You will administer postings, plan workforce pipelines, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through onboarding while maintaining accurate records and providing coaching for interviews and roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and conducts workforce planning to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
• Builds and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and client SLA metrics for quality delivery.
• Facilitates candidate and client interviews and prepares briefs.
