Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure satisfaction by nurturing relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing the benefits of working with Adecco.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Preferred 2-5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and database tools.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt quickly.
• Capable of problem resolution and prioritization.
• Candidate relationship management and networking skills.
• High energy, results-driven, solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates that contact onsite, providing correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Conducts searches and analyzes results to meet client needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes and maintain records.
