Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruitment, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with candidates and associates, and by meeting KPI and SLA targets to deliver excellent staffing solutions.

Key duties include posting jobs, building pipelines, conducting interviews, guiding candidates through resumes and interview prep, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record measured by customer satisfaction, service levels, and successful working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in the tracking database.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rate.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers and conducts debriefs.
