Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates, guiding them through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles while ensuring high client satisfaction through KPI and SLA adherence.

You will administer job postings, build pipelines, interview and coach candidates, extend offers, and maintain records to deliver top-tier staffing solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate local talent market and plan workforce pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep and coaching.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships and networks.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates for roles.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking databases.
