Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure satisfaction, manage a pipeline of talent, and drive performance against KPIs to deliver exceptional client service.

In this role, you will recruit, interview, coach candidates, and coordinate with clients to extend offers while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with ability to learn new software.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting/Skill Marketing across various systems and platforms.
• Manage job postings and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates for client roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and candidate documentation with clients.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Negotiate assignments and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
