Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the liaison and employment agent for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will maintain strong client delivery by meeting KPI/SLA metrics and building trustful relationships with candidates, associates, and the client.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through onboarding, while ensuring compliance and maintaining records in the tracking system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strong candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and maintains candidate pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Builds relationships with candidates and clients; ensures clear information sharing.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs and maintains accurate candidate records.
