Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding lifecycle as liaison for candidates/associates.
• Administer job postings and manage candidate communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit for client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in prescreening.
• Develop candidate summaries and manage records in tracking systems.
