Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and employment agent for candidates and associates, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will drive client delivery with KPI/SLA metrics and build strong relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills required.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite and provide clear information about Adecco, offers, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco tools and the web.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Builds pipeline of candidates for future client fulfillment.
