Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, meeting KPI/SLA targets, and guiding candidates through training and development programs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce to ensure a pipeline of quality talent.
• Engages candidates in person or online with clear information about Adecco and offers.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates for best placements.
• Assesses candidate fit for client requirements.
• Performs targeted searches and refines results to meet needs.
• Assists candidates with resumes and interview prep.
• Completes onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in the database.
