Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and point of contact for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. You will ensure high client delivery by maintaining strong relationships, achieving KPIs, and guiding candidates through interviews and onboarding.

You will administer job postings, monitor market insights, and support coaching for candidates, while building a robust talent pipeline and ensuring compliance with policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of related experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and workforce planning to ensure a pipeline of quality talent.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Maintain relationships with passive and active candidates; ensure proper guidance and training.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and submit activity metrics per client requirements.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and fit with client needs.
• Build candidate executive summaries for resume submittals; manage onboarding processes.
