Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and employment agent for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure high satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and meeting KPI/SLA targets, while guiding candidates through the process and supporting their development.

You will manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, and help build a continuous pipeline of quality talent for client

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience in service-provider environments preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and collaboration with teams.

Aufgaben

• Administers job postings in multiple systems.
• Understands local talent markets and builds workforce plans.
• Interacts with candidates in person or online with clear information about Adecco.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates and maintains pipelines.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs; conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Screens candidates for qualification match and client requirements.
• Performs searches using Adecco tools and public sources to meet client needs.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and onboarding processes.
