Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will maintain strong relationships, ensure satisfaction, and meet KPI/SLA metrics for client delivery.

You will manage job postings, pipeline development, interviews, and candidate coaching while upholding regulatory requirements and performance standards across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison and point of contact through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle.
• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate records.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Screens candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit; ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submissions and maintains tracking databases.
• Extends offer of assignment, including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients and conducts debriefs.
• Maintains a continuous pipeline of candidates to meet client fulfillment needs.
• Creates and manages strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
