Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle for our candidates. This role focuses on delivering excellent client service and meeting KPI/SLA targets while maintaining strong relationships with associates.

The ideal candidate will manage job postings, pipeline development, candidate interviews, and onboarding processes, while negotiating offers and guiding candidates through the selection and placement experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to build candidate relationships and maintain networks.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and database usage; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce plans to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
• Engages candidates in person or online with clear information about Adecco.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs; conducts behavioral interviews.
• Assists candidates with resumes and interview preparation.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
