Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and building relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and maintains pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding.
• Builds and maintains candidate networks and relationships.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitates interviews and client briefings.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies during prescreening.
