Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This role ensures candidate satisfaction, strong client delivery, and achievement of KPIs and SLAs.

You will recruit, interview, assess, extend offers, and coach candidates while building a robust pipeline and maintaining accurate records. Emphasis on workforce planning and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and databases, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate talent market and implement workforce planning strategies.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients, including preparation.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in the tracking system.
