Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in the industry.
• Two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning to ensure a pipeline of quality talent.
• Conducts candidate interviews and assessments for fit.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and client SLA targets.
